Dojo closed Thursday Friday and Saturday for Thanksgiving
New changing rooms coming soon
We are currently working on cleaning out the back of the dojo to make new male and femal changing area's. the new changing area;s should be ready soon.
Congrats to all our competitors
great job to all our students who recently entered the Shinkyu tournamnet, all came back with medals some with 2 gold meals.
Heavy Bag is now up
Be sure you have a set of bag gloves if you want to use the bag so as to not hurt your wrists we do have some available to borrow or for sale.
Dojo Makiwara is Up
We have installed the Dojo Makiwara back up in the dojo, if you would like to use it be sure to ask sensei with it and he will be happy to show you hpow to use it its located next to the heavy bag behind the blue matts. All students will need there own pad to use over the top of the post. For more info on the Makiwara check out the info on training tips in the tab to the left.
Dojo T-shirts
If you havnt already please help support the dojo buy picking up a dojo t shirt we have them in all sizes for kids and adult and they are only $12.00 each. Summer is a tough time for the dojo with many students out on vacation so everything helps.
Due to the popularity of our kids parties at the dojo we now have a whole website devoted to our karate parties, be sure to take a look at all the fun party packages.
New Student Manuals Coming
Our student manuals are currently being updated. They will be available in 2 new sizes, a pocket sized one and the regular size.
